Schecter USA Nick Johnston Signature V Electric Guitar - Atomic Mercury (Limited Edition #13 of 20) | No Limit Guitar Co, Idaho Falls
The Schecter USA Nick Johnston Signature V is the handcrafted signature guitar of Nick Johnston, built at the Schecter USA Custom Shop in Sun Valley, California. This limited-edition example, number 13 of only 20 made, pairs an angular alder V body with a 9-piece wenge, purpleheart, and maple neck, Nick Johnston Atom-Bucker pickups, and his trademark Atomic Mercury finish. It suits serious players and collectors who want a rare, artist-signature guitar built for fast, expressive lead work.
Product Overview
This signature V features a solid alder body in an aged nitro Atomic Mercury finish, with bolt-on construction, aged chrome hardware, and a 3-ply black/white/black pickguard. The 9-piece wenge, purpleheart, and maple neck has a sleek Custom C shape and a satin finish, topped with a 14" radius ebony fingerboard and 22 Jescar premium German silver frets. Aluminum ring inlays and Luminlay side dot markers add a distinctive look, and a commemorative numbered headstock badge marks each guitar's place in the 20-piece run. A Hipshot Ibby bridge, Schecter Hipshot locking tuners, and a 1.654" GraphTech Black TUSQ nut keep tuning stable through aggressive playing. The Nick Johnston Signature Atom-Bucker humbuckers, with Alnico III magnets, cover everything from smooth jazz fusion to sludgy progressive metal, and the 5-way Super Switch adds a wide range of humbucking and single-coil textures. Each guitar comes with a signed Certificate of Authenticity from Schecter's president, Michael Ciravolo, and Nick Johnston.
