Product Overview
The flat Corvette-style body is cut from swamp ash, finished in natural satin to show off the wood’s open grain. Ash gives the bass a punchy, resonant voice with tight lows and clear highs. Chrome hardware keeps the look clean, and this example weighs 8.6 lbs.
The bolt-on maple neck has a comfortable C shape, accented by ekanga veneer stripes and reinforced with steel for stability in the upper register. A wenge fingerboard with a flat 20" radius carries 24 extra-jumbo nickel-silver frets on a 34" scale. Warwick’s Tedur Just-A-Nut III allows for very low action, and fluorescent side dots make it easy to find your place on dark stages.
